Summer Youth Leadership Program

This joint masaajid leadership program is geared for our high school & college students. This leadership program contains workshops for leadership building, Islamic spiritual building, job shadowing and community service. This year includes a 3 day leadership camp. Workshops include Leadership, Business Etiquettes, and Community Organizing. Several outreach programs include the Second Harvest Food and Mayor’s First Day Festival. If interested, submit the application with a one page essay on what you would do if you were a Muslim community leader in Nashville. The beginning day will kick off with a lunch, intro to the program, workshop and spiritual talks at the Islamic Center of Nashville. Join every Friday evening from Maghrib to Isha (or after Isha in the winter) as we watch an assortment of eman-boosting, 'ilm-packed video/live lectures in order to revive and refine our connection with the One to Whom all our 'ibadah is directed to and the One to Whom we will return, Allah (SWT).
