ARTICLE XIII. DISSOLUTION

Upon the dissolution of the ICN and after the payment of all the liabilities of the ICN, the Board of Trustees will dispose of all of the assets of the ICN to organizations that are qualified as tax-exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code which are Islamic religious organizations or dedicated to charitable works on behalf of the Muslim community. Any assets not so disposed of will be disposed of by a court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the principal office of the ICN is located.
