Section 1. Contracts. The Board of Trustees may authorize any officer or officers, agent or agents of the ICN, in addition to the officers so authorized by this Constitution, to enter into any contract or execute and deliver any instrument in the name of and on behalf of the ICN, and such authority may be general or confined to specific instances. Section 2. Checks. All checks, drafts or orders for the payment of money, notes or other evidences of indebtedness issued in the name of the ICN, shall be signed by those officers or agents of the ICN and in a manner as shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Trustees. In the absence of this determination by the Board of Trustees, the instruments shall be signed by the Treasurer or an assistant Treasurer and counter-signed by the President or Vice-President of the ICN. Section3. Deposits. All funds of the ICN shall be deposited to the credit of the ICN in the banks, trust companies, or other depositories as the Board of Trustees may select.
