Mental Health Help
COMMUNITY MENTAL WELLBEING RESOURCES

All communities, regardless of race, religion, socio-economic status or other factors, have members who suffer from mental illness or who struggle with alcohol or dependency on other drugs.

Fortunately, help for those in crisis is just a phone call away at 855-CRISIS-1, or 855-274-7471. This confidential, toll-free phone line is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by trained, caring mental health professionals.

Mental illness and addiction are not moral failings but stem from chemical factors in the body just as they do with cancer and chronic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure.

Don’t allow of the stigma that is sometimes attached to mental illness or substance use disorders keep you from getting help.
