We are hosting another Open House - Tour on
Sat. Dec. 11th, 11-12:30 pm at the Islamic Center of Nashville – 12South,
which was recently completely renovated. This will include a tour of our Masjid along with an Islam 101 presentation explaining the basic tenets of Islam, the history of our center and Muslims in Nashville, common misconceptions such as Jihad and Women, a special segment on Jesus in Islam & Q&A.
Please join and invite a friend to learn about Islam.
This is an opportunity to build bridges of understanding and stronger relationships in the community. Many throughout the city have visited ICN from leadership, neighbors, non-profits, celebrities, neighbors, educators, etc.
Also, for those who would like to be future presenters of our Islam 101 presentations or learn about some ways of addressing common misconceptions should attend.
We will cater from The Horn Coffee (similar to last June) - sambuza & Somali chai!
