Dr Fayaz Bio: Grew up in Indianapolis Indiana Went to IU School Medicine - graduated 1992 Completed Fellowship in Cardiology at Medical College of WI 1998 Currently practicing cardiologist with St Thomas Ascension Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro where I am the Chairman of the Department of Cardiology Married for 30 years to a wonderful wife (Ausia) and have 3 adult children Alhamdulillah
