Ramadan in the Era of Covid-19 (1441/2020)

The spirit of Ramadan and its spiritual fulfillment toward the community comes at a time when it is needed more than ever. The Islamic Center of Nashville (12 South and Bellevue Masjid) will continue to adjust its programs according to the advice of the local authorities. If the circumstance does not change, we will not hold congregational prayers in the masjid. However, we will have different online programs for our brothers and sisters, including our youth.

The following link addresses some specific questions related to Ramadan during our current circumstances. http://fiqhcouncil.org/fatwa-related-to-ramadan-and-eidul-fitr-1441/

* Maqara means a recitation.
